The Fylde Coast Mental Health Support Team from SHINE has been open and welcoming Self Referrals from Young people, Patients, and Carers starting since July 12th 2024.

Take control of your mental health journey by calling SHINE directly to self-refer. Their administration team will arrange for a duty practitioner to make a consultation call to you, whether you’re a patient, carer, or young person, to complete a self-referral form and determine whether SHINE is the best service to offer support to you.
