We’re making improvements to how you check in for your appointments.
On Wednesday, 18th June, we’ll be installing a new patient check-in system in our reception area. This will make checking in quicker, easier, and more reliable.
What does this mean for you?
- If you have an appointment on Wednesday, June 18th, you may need to check in at the reception desk
- Once installed, the check-in screen will look a little different, but the process will be very similar to what you’re used to.
- Our reception team will be happy to help if you need any support using it after it’s installation.
- We’ll also be installing a new TV screen in the waiting room to share useful health information, practice news, and health campaigns.
